John was a close friend in high school. He later married my Cousin Sharon Edwards. Last summer shortly after retiring from the Sun times where he worked as an electrical he and Sharon embarked on a long awaited road trip. The first stop was in Texas where he was reunited with his family. From there the next stop was Las Vegas where they visited some of Sharon's family. It was there that he suffered a brain aneurysm and died. Sadly the doctors said he had the body of a twenty five year old. His death was a shocking tragedy for his family and friends.
I just came from his daughter's home, small world My visit had nothing to do with Bowen, We got to talking about where we were from and John's name came up. She is doing well considering this just happen in May of 2015. Rest in Peace John.
